We have been fortunate to become a successful business in the Tampa Bay area, and we want to give back to you, our clients. Our goal is to raise money for charitable organizations that give back to our community. 

In the Tampa Bay area alone, hundreds of animals are homeless, abused, or neglected.  Through various charitable corporations, including the Tampa Humane Society, many of these animals are provided with medical care, and most importantly, a loving family. 

Of course, there are so many people and animals in the world that need assistance, and choosing one was a difficult decision, one I've actually been putting off for some time. Then it happened - my neighbor called, to tell me they had found an abandoned dog, and its appearance was similar to my dog, which is a Corgi. I went over to meet him, and his name was Jack. He was a beautiful, orange Corgi mix, with a fabulous personality; good with my kids, good with my dog, housebroken, everything. How could someone give up such a wonderful dog? Though he wasn't a perfect fit for our family, we found him a new home with friends of ours, where he is the center of their world. Jack (renamed Tucker) has been fortunate to come from abandonment into a home that cares and loves for him without end. 

And this experience changed me. I have always loved animals, dogs especially. Our dog, Romeo, was our baby before we had our kids. Being personally involved in the placement of a previously abandoned dog helped me to realize that this is an avenue for charitable contributions that I feel is important, honorable, and necessary for our society.    

We want to make sure that you animals in need get the help they need. We offer our clients many options to make their donations. 

For past clients, we offer a free 8x10 print with a $20 donation to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.

For future clients, we offer a $100 discount on our photography packages when a $50 donation is made to the Tampa Humane Society. Clients may also, at some point in the future, provide food, toys, blankets, and other items in exchange for photography session fees, and Robin Highsmith Photography will be involved in other fundraising programs in the future.
